🖊️ Polymath has signed the National DPA that ensures compliance of our software with privacy and security standards set out by the Student Data Privacy Consortium. We align our practices with leading privacy and security standards, including the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We also comply with state-specific student data privacy laws across the United States, including frameworks established under the Student Data Privacy Consortium (SDPC) and agreements based on the New York Education Law §2-d, California Student Online Personal Information Protection Act (SOPIPA), and other equivalent state requirements.
